Drug Rehabilitation


Drug rehabilitation is the process of medical or psychotherapeutic treatment for dependency on psychoactive substances such as alcohol, prescription drugs, and street drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin or amphetamines. Drug addiction is typically a chronic disorder characterized by occasional relapses, a short-term, one-time treatment is usually not enough. For many, treatment is a long-term process that involves multiple interventions and regular monitoring
