WHY JAPAN?
One of the distinct features of Japanese consumer is that they have developed more of an interest in European design or type. Every year elevating number of Japanese tourist visit the places, which represents Japanese interest in European style.
Localization is preferred method of attracting local consumers it is adapting product to the strategic of the local marketplace - its customs, culture, social surroundings, regulations etc. As consumers generally prefer familiar type, design, infrastructure, functions and services, localized versions provide better results and draw deeper loyalty from target consumers. Therefore, to successfully localize in Japan, it is important to understand better Japanese culture.
The factors which promote the market strategy are:
· Enhancing demand for cosmetic surgery
· Global economic growth
· Enlarging the number of physiotherapy clinics and practitioners providing large-level physical health care services
Furthermore, Japanese individuals are generally careful about punctuality and security. They delicate about unstable result. They verify instruments to know whether they are working well or not. It is obvious that offering regular cross checks after sales services and increasing punctuality of the machine are important regulations. As a foreign company, it is important to promote customer trust and loyalty, which related to high-quality of services and technological improvement in details.
Another advantage from this contract is attracting more consumer trust. Japanese consumer is conservative and brand-royal as they concerned about consistently good (particularly in physical therapy equipment). Manufacturer's brand works as a reliable index to Japanese physiotherapists.

1. Advancement in Physiotherapy
Over the period of the past 2 years in particular, there have been several notable advances in the physical therapy, There has been renewed interest in the spondyloarthropathy family of chronic inflammatory Pain medication conditions, which has been fueled to a large extent by the biologic era Smartphone and iPad apps for physical therapy professionals and patients are a growing trend.
Many apps are inexpensive or even free and provide handy resources like physiotherapy glossaries, exercise videos, orthopedic diagnosis tools, clinical tests, and even 360-degree visual anatomy The Berkeley-based company Ekso Bionics broke new ground in rehabilitation services and gait training when it developed the Ekso suit, an aluminum and titanium exoskeleton that helps patients suffering from varying degrees of paralysis or hemiparesis with movement.
2. Intervention Strategies on Rehabilitation
Physical therapy intervention is associated with improvements in physical function and health related quality of life. Physical therapists provide interventions to optimize physical function and quality of life which may be otherwise compromised by the factors such as aging, trauma, chronic diseases, or the environment. The action research study employed a multi-modal intervention with three athletes rehabilitating from injury. The efficacy of the number of intervention strategies emerged, including social support, goal setting, imagery, simulation training, and verbal persuasion. Emotional support was recognized by athletes as important when rehabilitation progress was slow, setbacks were experienced, or other life demands placed additional pressures on participants.
3. Applied Science of Exercise Techniques
Movement that is necessary to achieved by functional activities that can be viewed, in the simplest form, as muscles or external forces moving bones in various patterns or ranges of motions.
Recent studies have compared short- and long-term outcomes of exercise techniques use after various types of surgery using various parameters as well as exercise techniques with other methods of early movement and positioning. Some studies have shown no significant difference between patients undergoing CPM and those undergoing PROM or other forms of early motion Some studies have identified detrimental effects, such as the need for greater analgesic intervention and increased postoperative blood drainage.
Currently within clinical practice there is a drive to integrate physical and mental health care. With this growing focus on mental health integration physiotherapists need to be more aware about different mental health conditions they may come across and how to approach patients with mental ill-health. Physiotherapists in mental health have a primary interest in the subject and are uniquely placed to improve the physical health of such patients. As the physical expert, the physiotherapist has a key role in health promotion, disease prevention and relapse, and can make a significant donation in the delivery of lifestyle and weight management progr
5. Physiological Genetic Disorder
Current Research is known for rapid diffusion of high-quality research. Recent studies have uncertain physiological and metabolic abnormalities in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other psychiatric disorders, particularly immune dysregulation or inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction and environmental toxicant exposures.
A pathological condition caused by an absent or defective gene or by a chromosomal aberration. Also, called hereditary disease.
In the modern days, the field of physiotherapy is showing rapid expansion into a variety of new areas that presents exciting opportunities for new and currently employed physiotherapists. Today’s physiotherapy suppliers can choose from a wide range of specialties. Today, doctors suggesting a right away to a round of physical therapy. Currently the researchers of Sweden have found that the people who are commonly active as opposed to specifically taking regular exercise will have a good chance of living long and healthily life.
7. Physiologic Impairments During Rehabilitation
Physical impairments cause profound functional declines in patients with cancer. Although common rehabilitation measures can address many impairments, the extent of their delivery is unknown. Implementation of an early rehabilitation program, incorporating physical and occupational therapy, requires consideration of potential barriers, feasibility, benefits to be achieved, safety, and necessary resources.
8. Clinical Decision Making and Examination
Numerous studies from the past decade have documented that physiotherapists consists generally favorable attitudes to evidence-based practice and recognize the importance of using research for the guidance of clinical practice. Research has mainly investigated barriers for the research use.
Even though the physical therapists now often appear to be discussing the necessity of performing outcomes research for the documentation of the effectiveness of commonly used interpositions, the discussion has been ongoing for a considerable number of years.
9. Yoga & Fitness in Physical therapy
Yoga is the practice of attaining physical and mental health through meditation and physical exercise. Journal of Yoga & Physical Therapy combines the principles and practices of yoga with physical therapies to achieve our desired outcomes. There are different areas where yoga and fitness is important are like Types of Yoga, Physiotherapy, Sports science, Exercise science, Rehabilitation, Meditation, and related subjects like Physical medicine, Sports medicine, Fitness & Aerobics. The integration of imagery within yoga practice is considered an important component and may be critical in contributing to the benefits of yoga that have been reported.
10. Manual Physiotherapy Strategies
Manual therapy is the Application of absolutely determined and especially directed manual force into the body beneficial to improve mobility in areas that are restricted in joints with connective tissues or in skeletal muscles.
The three identifiable forms of manual therapy are as follows, Message and Manipulation and Mobilization. A clinical path utilizes the clear cut hands-on techniques but not limited to manipulation/mobilization which are used by physical therapists to diagnose and to treat soft tissue and joint structures for balancing the pain, increasing range of motion, reducing the soft tissue inflammation, improving contractile and non-contractile tissue repair, facilitating movement and improving function.
11. Physiotherapy Techniques & Exercises
Exercise is probably the least thing most subjects will embark on when experiencing pain especially at the acute and sub-acute stage. Physiotherapy exercises have been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways that you can solve or prevent pain and injury. Physiotherapist will fuse basic segments of Pilates, yoga and exercise physiology to provide you with the best result. The Physiotherapist is an expert in the prescription of the "best exercises" for most appropriate "exercise dose" depending on the rehabilitation status.
12. Physiotherapy in Sports Related Injuries
Physical therapists work with people to regain physical health that has been lost due to illness or injury. Sports Physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy that involves prevention, evaluation and management of injuries resulting from sports and exercise participation at all ages and levels of ability. When things get physical, there is potential for injury, when used too much then the acute sprain and strain injuries are the most common. Athletes normally require high stamina and demand placed upon their body, which stresses their muscles, joints and bones to the limit. Every sports physiotherapist usually has sport-specific knowledge that addresses acute, chronic and overuse injuries.
13. Imaging in Rehabilitation
The research has helped to establish rehabiliative ultrasound imaging (RUSI) to recognized area within the medical imaging field, especially for assessment and biofeedback to re-educate muscle contraction to enhance physiotherapy treatment in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. The relationship between musculoskeletal imaging and physiotherapy practice can be divided into three areas like imaging as an aid to clinical diagnosis, imaging as an aid to injury management rehabilitation and imaging as an aid to treatment accuracy especially by using ultrasound-guided injections.
14. Sports Medicine
Sudden cardiac death is a leading cause of death in Europe so the researchers have found an instrument called Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) that save lives in amateur sports and fitness centers, according to research presented at ESC Congress today. From few years, running has become fashion. But there is a great difference between the physical demands of running for few kilometers and participating for marathon. Now researchers have concluded that genetics plays an essential role in success when completing this long distance of running.
15. Artificial Physiotherapy Methods
Physical medicine is a field of medicine that studies physiological and medical effect of natural and artificial physical factors and develops methods of their application for preventive and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Physiotherapy consists of Hypnosis, phototherapy, Arthroscopy, thermal treatment, treatment by mechanical effects. Balneology is an independent section of physiotherapy.
